Leslie Crist, Client Management-North America
Leslie has more than 15 years experience in Market Research and Market Communications. Prior to joining Research Reporter in 2009, Leslie was VP, Communication and Operations - Research at Washington Mutual from 2004. In addition to leading the North American support team, Leslie's past experience is used as input in helping research teams increase awareness and use of research through their businesses.
Leslie has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Whitman College, Washington.
Sherry Cusack, Client Management-Asia Pacific
Sherry joined Research Reporter in 2004. Prior to accepting the role of client manager for Asia Pacific in 2009, Sherry was responsible for global client support. In addition to her current role as client manager for Asia Pacific, the business uses Sherry's broad exposure and experience with clients over many years to further refine and develop a practical sense of what works, and what doesn't when implementing Research Management systems.
Sherry has Bachelor of Business Degree (Marketing) from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia.
Chris Forbes, Co-founder
Chris has more than 25 years experience in corporate marketing and marketing strategy consulting. After serving in a variety of marketing management positions with Shell in the 1980's, Chris co-founded Insight Marketing Systems in 1992. Insight Marketing Systems provided marketing distribution advice and research and planning support to large corporate clients, prior to the launch of Research Reporter in 2001.
In addition to setting the strategic direction for Research Reporter, Chris's deep experience as a user of research provides input into developing and refining practical solutions to maximize decision-makers access and use of research through Research Reporter.
Chris has a double major degree (Commerce and Psychology) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, and a Graduate Diploma in Market Modeling (Swinburne University of Technology).
Gord Funk, VP Systems Development
Gord joined the Research Reporter team in 2000 as head of the Application Development Team. Prior to joining IMS, Gord held a variety of technical management positions with SystemHouse Canada, now part of EDS.
Gord brings to the team a rare combination of business process understanding, an ability to communicate across multiple levels within the business, and a strong technical competency.
Gord has a Bachelor of Computer Science (Hons) from the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Canada.
Daryl Maloney McCall, Co-founder
Daryl has more than 25 years experience in corporate marketing and market research management. After serving in a variety of research management positions with Shell in the 1980's, Daryl co-founded Insight Marketing Systems in 1992. Insight Marketing Systems provided marketing distribution advice and research and planning support to large corporate clients, prior to the launch of Research Reporter in 2001.
In addition to global operational control for Research Reporter, Daryl's experience on both research agency and client is used as into both the on-going technical and implementation requirements for Research Reporter clients.
Daryl has a double major in Psychology (Science) from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
